MLB Passes the ‘Francona Rule’
The new rule: A manager can only wear their teams uniform top or jacket. A mangager can’t wear pullover jackets or anything of the like. A manger can wear it before games, or after games, but not during games. The uniform must be worn at all times.
This rule can be called simply, The Francona Rule.
